Ever since I was a child I’ve been described as very imaginative and artistic, and that’s how I still am today.
I love art and design – drew, sketched and painted for as long as I can remember, later trained to be an interior designer, and set designer for film and theatre, now crossing over visual boundaries and became a photographer.
I have always been interested in photography; the instantaneousness and swiftness of a click can capture a thousand words. The journey started in Autumn 2001, when I was an exchange student to Guadalajara, Mexico, for a 4-month semester. I took hundreds of photos everywhere I went, made and sent home digital slideshows to share my adventure. Since then, I have accumulated a full range of experience from happy snapping to exhausting all functions of both film camera and digital cameras. In January 2009, I could not help but finally dive into the world of professional photography.
I keep a diary to savour each day’s favourite moments. I may not write everyday, but photos weave an integral pattern to my memory blanket. I love to capture life with pixels and colours, the happy and fun moments, the thought-provoking and inspiring sights, the silly and clever acts. Giving them meaning through editing is another layer of memory creation, and I thoroughly enjoy every second of it.
I am a people based photographer, offering services including portraits, couple sessions, engagement and wedding photography, family photo sessions, boudoir, theatre performances and concerts. I host the occasional art shows and sell artistic photographs.
I look forward to create memories with you on your big and small life events.
